Interestingly, the "pressure cooker" atmosphere of a nuclear submarine is also the place where one of the most helpful leadership and team building tools was created. The FIRO-B behavioral analysis tool was created by a psychologist specifically for use in nuclear submarines. This looks like a good book to supplement the facilitation of that tool!
