This seems to suggest that if a board ...Thanks Tim,<br />This seems to suggest that if a board has a very poor and limited view of the process for the board, then they may just be the ones who are unfit for the position themselves - they were approved by a very poor standard, and therefore they may just be the ones who are unfit. One would then have a board who is "a perpetual bummer." If the board members are blind themselves thinking they know how to fix themselves, what do you suggest beyond this blog in a more specific manner to address this?
