Over the past thirty-five years, T.J. Addington has consulted with churches and non-profit and for-profit organizations in the areas of healthy leaders, intentional leadership, governance systems, change management, conflict resolution, and dealing with issues of organizational health, culture, and strategy. TJ's consulting practice, The Addington Method, works with a wide variety of organizations and organizational leaders. He resides in Rockford, IL.
